According to the terms of the operation, which could be completed in the first quarter of 2021, Cisco will pay 595 pence per share, which represents a premium of 47% over the value marked at the close of last week.
The owner of the Webex virtual meeting platform pointed out that IMImobile provides software and services that enable companies and organizations to stay constantly connected with their customers through enhanced interactive channels that include social networking, messaging and voice.
“We look forward to working with IMImobile to help create a comprehensive CXaaS solution for the marketplace that provides enterprises with a platform to deliver satisfying experiences throughout the customer lifecycle,” said Jeetu Patel, senior vice president and general manager of Cisco’s Applications and Security business.
